     On 5th July, 2017, Dr.Rattana Sangbuaphuen, Director of English Language Institute, handed over the Boot Camp Project to Dr.Worasak Watcharakamtorn, Head of Supervisory Unit, Office of the Basic Education Commission.     Prior to the handover meeting, English Language Institute run the Regional English Training Project since March 2016. Upgrading English Program Workshop

     On 8-9 May 2017, English Language Institute, organized a workshop to upgrade the standard of English Program at Ambassador city Jomtien Hotel. UNVEILS EIGHT REGIONAL ENGLISH TRAINING CENTRES IN THAILAND
The regional training centres aim to transform English teaching method and elevate
the English proficiency of English teachers in Thailand.

The Ministry of Education in Thailand announced the establishment of Regional English Training Centres
in 8 locations across four regions in Thailand.

The project is expected to work with 5,100 primary and secondary English teachers.
The British Council has supported this programme be designing a curriculum
which is support teachers to develop their communicative teaching skills and improve their English proficiency.
